Booking Policy

PERMANENT MAKE UP & BEAUTY TREATMENTS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

as an attachment – paragraph 12 in the main terms and conditions of the salon

Precautions before signing up for Permanent Make Up, all beauty treatments

MOST IMPORTANT

MAKE SURE THAT:

  • You are 2 weeks before vaccination for Covid-19 or 4 weeks after vaccination
  • You are not sick (cold, flu, etc..
  • You are not on any antibiotics
  • You don’t have herpes (cold sores) on your lips/face
  • You do not have any issues with diabetes, thyroid (all of this kind of information must be provided before booking in your treatment)
  • Do not drink any alcohol or take any medication/drugs the day before!
  • Do not use sun beds for 7 days before the treatment
  • Make sure that if you do take any sort of medication, it does not cause any blood changes (paracetamol,ibuprofen,aspirin )
  • If you are taking any antidepressant medication, please provide a doctors note (stating that you are allowed to get permanent make up done)
  • Do not use any kind of conditioner for the eyebrows and eyelashes
  • Do not get tinting or waxing done for at least 2 weeks before the treatment
  • a person with an autoimmune disease may have the procedure performed if: their condition is stable, in some cases a written consent of the doctor is required to perform the pigmentation procedure.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

You CANNOT get PMU if:

  • You are pregnant (you have to be minimum 3 months after giving birth if not breastfeeding
  • You are breastfeeding
  • You have psoriasis (especially around the face)
  • There is any inflammation around face
  • You have lash extensions (applies only in the case of pmu eyeliner)

If you have had permanent make up done before, please let us know about it (send us a photo so that we can check if we can fix it)

If you suffer from diabetes, I can perform the confluence only when you get a positive opinion from a doctor who will allow the procedure and issue a document confirming that you can have such a procedure. Check this before you book the app,

a person with an autoimmune disease may have the procedure performed if: their condition is stable, in some cases a written consent of the doctor is required to perform the pigmentation procedure. In the case of autoimmune diseases, the effect that will ultimately be obtained after the pigmentation procedure – e.g. the color may differ from the assumed, the duration of pigment persistence may be much shorter than assumed. After pigmentation, people with autoimmune diseases may develop autoimmunity.

HOW TO PREPARE

BROWS

Leave natural eyebrow hairs for at least 2 weeks before your visit (no tinting / waxing).

LIPS

️For a minimum of a week before the treatment, try to do a gentle peeling, e.g. brown sugar with honey and moisturize your brow area.

If the skin of the lips is dry and peels – I will not perform the procedure – you will lose your deposit

EYELINER

️For a minimum of 3 months before the procedure, stop using any eyelash serums/conditioners

Take off any lash extensions you may have and please arrive without any eye make up.

ANAESTHETIC

The dosage depends on the individual client’s needs. Lips are known to cause the most discomfort, but you must know that the less anaesthetic you use, the healthier and better it will be for you and your pigmentation. The pigments I am using are my absolute favourite, they are safe, natural and of the highest standard.

EFFECT

The result will always be different, for every individual. We cannot guarantee the end result, as this all depends on your skin, age, hormone levels, general health, etc. Therefore, we cannot guarantee how many top-up appointments you will need and how often you will need them.

Every next top-up is also payable

Caring about your skin’s health is very important if you want your permanent make-up to last.

BOOKING TREATMENT AND PAYMENT

If you are ok with all of the conditions above and you are happy to go ahead, please contact us on our Facebook page or call us at 089 454 9382

(if we don’t answer straight away, it means that we’re working, so please send us a text and we will answer as soon as possible

Once we set the date for your appointment, you will have up to 2 days to pay a prepayment of €90 (or less if app will be last min)

Please put your name, and surname in the title and send us a confirmation text/photo as soon as you get it through.

If you do not pay the deposit on time, you will lose your appointment.

The deposit will be deducted from the total payment on the day of your appointment.

If you do not attend the appointment, you will lose the deposit.

If you change your mind after you pay, you will also lose your deposit.

The price for a top-up is in price list in salon

After 2 years, full price.

If you really need to change your appointment, it must be cancelled within 48hrs of the start time.

At the beginning of your treatment, we will talk about your expectations, colour, shape, etc.

All new permanent make-up procedures take from 2-2.5hrs.

SECOND VISIT

  • You should have a top-up appointment from 6 weeks to 3 months after the initial treatment.
  • Sometimes you may even need a 3rd visit.
  • We can then establish whether you need more colour, volume, etc..

IMPORTANT

  • The usual waiting time for an appointment is 8-12weeks, so please book in as soon as you make your decision All payments are non-refundable.
  • All of the conditions above apply to beauty treatments also
